“Obesity and Lipotoxicity” was edited by my collaborators and colleagues professors Engin A and Engin AB . The chapter about organochlorinated substances and obesity were written by my student Loukia Vassilopolou, Assoc prof Tsiaoussis and surgeon Petrakis.
